Eligibility for Refunds

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

• Some products such as [customized items, perishable goods, etc.] are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

Please email us at cipherxmedia@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

1. Check your bank account again.

2. Contact your credit card company or bank (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
